At Faris Fragrance, we aim to provide high-quality and 100% original fragrances. To ensure fairness and hygiene, we follow a strict refund policy.

No Refund on Opened Products:
Fragrance bottles that are opened, used, or tested cannot be refunded under any circumstances due to hygiene and contamination concerns.

Refund Eligibility:
A refund is only issued if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or broken

  • The product is leaked due to poor handling

  • You received a wrong item

  • An item is missing from your order

  • A replacement is required but the product is out of stock

Proof Required:
For all refund claims, a clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory. Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.

Time Window:
Refund requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours after you receive the parcel. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time:
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days through your selected payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Personal dislike of scent

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor packaging dents caused during transit

  • No unboxing video available
