At Faris Fragrance, we ensure every product is checked, packed, and shipped with care. For the safety and hygiene of our customers, fragrances follow a strict return policy.

Returns Are Only Accepted If:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

  • The bottle is leaked

  • You receive a wrong product

  • An item is missing from your order

Important:
Fragrances that are opened, used, sprayed, or tested cannot be returned under any condition.

Return Requirements:

  • Product must be in unused, sealed, and original packaging

  • A clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory

  • Return request must be submitted within 24–48 hours of receiving the order

Return Process:

  • After receiving your evidence (video + pictures), our team will review your case

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Replacement time depends on product availability and location

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Scent preference change or personal dislike

  • Claims without unboxing video

  • Requests after 48 hours of delivery

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product
